At Bold Art Tattoo Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. During this period, items may be returned for repair or replacement if defective. For exchanges due to defects or damage, please contact us at sales@boartattoosupply.com before shipping items back.
Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable software or digital products
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
Shipping Returns
